The Constitutional Court in its judgments claims to reflect the soul of the nation. This simply is not the case when one looks at its pronouncements on marriage, unborn children and the raising of children.
Statistically only about 1 % of "marriages" registered are same sex civil unions. Thus the vast majority of marriages involve heterosexual couples. The question is, why do this 1 % dominate the marriage narrative, particularly in the church?
